The manufacture of this foundry tooling is a precise process that is critical to the quality and dimensional accuracy of the final casting, therefore to achieve consistent and dimensionally accurate castings it is essential that well designed, high quality pattern equipment is manufactured.CAD/CAM CNC controlled machines. KP Metallurgical Casting Company Limited in specialise in ferrous SG Iron, Grey Iron, Malleable, non-ferrous metal Cupronickel, Bronze/Brass, Copper and various aluminum alloy.The process of sand casting, die-casting, investment casting and gravity casting, producing big volume of extremely thin wall thickness, precise, special dimension and complicated brass and aluminum casting. Applying advanced management and advance casting technology, our products can achieve tolerance GB CT3, and surface roughness better than 1.6um thus avoiding machining or very small amount of machining.

Our unique process makes the products without bubble, inclusion or shrinkage. We are able to supply precision castings in many surface finish requirements involving heat treatment, machining, handcraft polishing, electro polished, zinc galvanised, zinc electro plated, powder-coated, anodising, painting, plating, e-coating. Various heat treatment, tempering, annealing, quenching, normalising, carbonise, case-harden, induction quenching.
